Sunday & late evenings, forget it unless you are an emergency (or have small children). Ring the same phone number, be prepared to wait an hour or more on hold.
 

If you report your problem they usually make you try to report it online using a diagnosis screen, and you have to be in the property, just so they can ring you, and realise they have to send an engineer instead. He is usually a nice man called Des.
